Ethiopia Danche Wet Mill [Natural]

This is a gorgeous natural Ethiopian coffee from the Chelbesa hamlet, located in the Gedeb district (also known as a woreda) from the Yirga Cheffe region. Worka Danche  is one of the finest coffee producing areas within the famous Gedeb Woreda. Known for its dense layered semi forest vegetation structure encompassing false banana trees as well as shade grown coffee trees, Danche is a great example of one of the best coffee growing agro-ecologies.

The Danche wet mill was built in 2019 in a small hamlet within the Danche Village so that the mill could purchase exclusively red cherries from nearby farmers. The fermentation tanks of the wet mill were built from ceramic which help bring clarity in the coffee process as well as help with the fermentation by keeping in the heat inside the ceramic tanks.
