Back before the holidays, we teamed up with the folks at Offbeat Brewing Co in Escondido to come up with a delicious Pale Ale. A marriage between our El Gaucho beans and their tasty pale ale. Why a pale ale? Because it works in Sunny San Diego. And it goes great with tacos. Or a donut.... We love both, so there you go.  So, Tom, Weston and Justin set to work creating The El Gaucho de HaHa. It's a pale ale with tasty coffee notes. Made over a few tacos (and a burrito for Justin, he had to be different)...
