Kîbûtî [Kevote] Espresso, Peaberry Kenya
We took our Kenya Peaberry, and roasted it for espresso application in mind. The biggest difference is taming the acidity, when that happens the fruit picked up more baking spice note in the pour over, but more balanced for a 1:2 ratio espresso shot. We enjoy this as a Short Long Black.
