This year for our Winter Blend we decided to poke fun at us San Diegans that start to freak out when it gets below 65°F in our temperate climate. We race to throw on our exciting winter wardrobe and rejoice in a bit of chill. Anything below that is definitely Parka weather. This medium roast is a field blend of Honduras Finca Piedras Amarillas and a Burundi from the Businde washing station in the Kayanza region. It's both a crowd pleaser in the coffee pot for your crew coming for the holidays as well as something you can nerd out quietly with a pour-over.
