Notes:  Finca Las Moras is located in Guajiquiro, La Paz, Honduras, and is managed by Heber Hernán Ávila, a 39-year-old, third-generation coffee producer, following in the steps of his grandfather. The farm, named after the delicious blackberries (“moras”) grown in the area, spans approximately 4.2 hectares at elevations of 1,600–1,800 m.a.s.l. Here, Heber cultivates IHCAFE 90 and Catimor varieties. We have acquired lots of both his Honey Process and Natural lots, with the latter coming soon.

With a sustainable approach to coffee growing, Heber supervises every step of the way… ensuring nothing goes to waste and reducing the farm’s water consumption. We love everything about that and hope you enjoy this tasty Honduran coffee.
